Limited Warranty

Tow Rite warrants to the original owner that each new Tow Rite Trailer is free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Tow Rite will repair or replace at its option without charge, materials or conditions found
to be defective because of imperfect workmanship, when the trailer is returned to Tow-Rite.

This warranty covers frame, fender assembly, V-block and winch stand workmanship.

What is not covered

This warranty shall not cover any product or component that is found to have been modified or altered in any way,

This warranty does not cover damage, defect, or malfunction caused by acts of God, riot, war, rainstorm, floods, tornadoes, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, sandstorms, unreasonable use or failure to perform reasonable and periodic maintenance. This warrenty does not cover improper use or use beyond the design limitations, or the use of improperly installed weight distribution hitches in conjunction with hydraulic surge brakes.

Trailers used as part of a rental fleet or for commercial purposes are not coverd by this warranty.

Due to the highly corrosive conditions a trailer is exposed to, rust formation, or rust caused by damage on galvanized, powder coated or painted trailers is not covered.

This warrenty does not cover winches, lights, couplers, brakes, tongue jacks, axles, springs, tires or wheels as thse items are warranted separately by their respective manufacturers.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AND IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FINESS FOR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TERM OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. TOW RITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. No transportation charges or related expenses (such as loss of time, towing charges, travel expenses) are covered by this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
